What is Togli?
Togli is a suite of four business apps designed for solopreneurs and freelancers: Finance (invoicing & expenses), Schedule (booking & calendar), Projects (task & project management), and Focus (weekly review & goal setting). All four apps share one database, so your client directory, toggle settings, and weekly reviews sync across everything.
What does 'Togli' mean?
Togli is Italian for 'toggle off' or 'remove.' It reflects our core philosophy: helping you run your business with less phone dependency and more intentional focus. Every Togli app includes a toggle system that lets you switch between 'available' and 'focused' modes.
Who is Togli for?
Solopreneurs, freelancers, consultants, coaches, and independent professionals who want professional business tools without the complexity of enterprise software. If you run a one-person or small business and want to spend less time on your phone managing it, Togli is built for you.
How is Togli different from other business tools?
Our core philosophy decenters the mobile phone from your work life. Instead, we treat the phone as something you intentionally limit to necessary intrusions only. That's very different from other productivity apps , where everything from your desktop exists on your phone. At Togli, the boundary levels are baked in, and you are in charge of them. The four-level system, from View or Capture Only, to Light Access, to Field Mode, to Full Access are wired into each app. Each one has additional toggles that allow for overrides and timed auto-reverts when you need to customize mobile access on the fly. The point is, you have to be INTENTIONAL about how your phone acts in your work life. Additionally, all four apps share one database, so one account id works for all, and your business profile and client list auto-sync's across apps.
Do I need all four apps?
No. Each app works independently. Start with whichever one solves your biggest problem — most people start with Finance or Schedule. You can add more apps later, and they’ll automatically share your client directory and settings.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. All four Togli apps are available on iOS through the App Store. They’re also fully responsive web apps, so you can use them from any browser on any device.
What is the toggle system?
The toggle is Togli's signature philosophy. The system has four levels that control what's available on your phone. Level 1 (View or Capture Only) is the default. Level 2 (Light Access) adds more access to viewable data like invoices and expenses. Level 3 (Field Mode) expands functionality to create and edit when away from the desktop. Level 4 (Full Access) mirrors all functions and features found on desktop.

Pricing & Billing

How much does Togli cost?
Single app: $9.99/month. Duo (any 2 apps): $17.99/month. Trio (any 3): $24.99/month. Full Suite (all 4): $29.99/month. All plans include a 30-day free trial. Annual billing is available at a 17% discount.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You get full access to all features during the trial — no feature gating or limitations.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from a single app to a duo, trio, or full suite at any time. You can also downgrade. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Your data is never deleted when you change plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can subscribe through the Apple App Store (in-app purchase) or through our website at gettogli.com using any major credit or debit card via Stripe. Both methods give you full access to the same features.
Is it cheaper to subscribe on the website?
Our pricing is the same regardless of where you subscribe. However, subscribing on our website helps us keep more of each payment (lower processing fees), which directly supports product development. You can subscribe at gettogli.com/pricing.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. If you subscribed via the App Store, cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings. If you subscribed on the web, cancel from your account settings in any Togli app. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
If you cancel a paid subscription, your data is preserved for 12 months. If you resubscribe within that window, everything is exactly as you left it. After 12 months, your account and data are permanently deleted. If your free trial ends and you don't subscribe, your account and data are kept for 90 days, then deleted. You can export your invoices and expenses anytime from Reports, and you can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing contact@gettogli.com.

Referral Program

How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral link with other solopreneurs. When someone signs up using your link, you both get one month free. There’s no limit to how many people you can refer.
Where do I find my referral link?
Go to Settings → Refer & Earn in any Togli app. Your unique referral link and code are displayed there, along with share buttons for LinkedIn and Twitter/X, and a copy-to-clipboard button.
Is my referral code the same across all Togli apps?
Yes. Your referral code is tied to your account, not to a specific app. It works the same whether you share it from Finance, Schedule, Projects, or Plan.
When do I get my free month?
Your free month is credited as soon as the person you referred creates an account using your link. It’s applied to your next billing cycle automatically. You’ll see a notification in the app and in your referral stats.

Togli Finance

What can I do with Togli Finance?
Create and send professional estimates, invoices, track expenses, manage your client directory, record payments, and generate financial reports.
Can I customize my invoice and estimate templates?
Yes. You can add your logo, choose colors, set payment terms, add custom notes and line items, and configure tax rates. Your templates are saved and reused across all clients.
How do clients pay my invoices?
Invoices include a payment link that clients can use to pay directly. You configure your preferred payment method (Stripe, bank transfer, etc.) in Settings. Payments are tracked automatically and update the invoice status.
Can I track recurring invoices?
Yes. Set up a recurring invoice for any client with a frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and Togli will auto-generate and send the invoice on schedule. You’ll get a notification before each send so you can review or adjust.
How does expense tracking work?
Add expenses manually or photograph receipts. Categorize by type (travel, software, supplies, etc.), assign to a client or project, and they’ll appear in your financial reports. Expenses are also pulled into your weekly review for a quick snapshot of spending.
What reports are available?
Revenue by client, revenue by month, expense breakdown by category, profit & loss summary, and outstanding invoices (aging). All reports can be filtered by date range. P&L and Aging export as CSV, and you can export all invoices and expenses for your accountant as generic CSV, QuickBooks Online (CSV), or QuickBooks Desktop (.iif), filtered by date range as well.

Togli Schedule

What can I do with Togli Schedule?
Manage your calendar, create a public booking page for clients, sync with Google Calendar, set up automated messaging and reminders, generate meeting prep briefs, and control your availability with the toggle system.
How does the public booking page work?
You get a personalized booking page at book.gettogli.com/yourusername. Clients can see your available time slots and book directly. When you toggle to ‘focused’ mode, the page shows a polite message that you’re currently unavailable and suggests alternative times.
Does Schedule sync with Google Calendar?
Yes. Two-way sync with Google Calendar. Events you create in Togli appear in Google Calendar and vice versa. Availability on your booking page reflects your real-time calendar, including events from Google.
Can I set different availability for different services?
Yes. Create multiple booking types (e.g., ‘30-min consultation,’ ‘60-min session,’ ‘quick call’) each with their own duration, availability windows, and buffer times. Clients choose the type when booking.
How do auto-responses work?
When you’re in ‘focused’ mode, Schedule sends automatic replies to incoming messages: ‘Thanks for reaching out! I’m currently in focus mode and will respond by [time].’ You customize the message and the estimated response time. Clients feel acknowledged, you stay focused.
What is the meeting prep brief?
Before each meeting, Schedule generates a one-page brief pulling data from across your Togli apps: the client’s recent invoices (from Finance), project status (from Projects), and your notes. It’s delivered 15 minutes before the meeting so you walk in prepared.
Can clients message me through Schedule?
Yes. Your booking page includes a message option. Client messages appear in your Schedule inbox. When you’re toggled to ‘focused,’ auto-responses handle them. When you’re ‘available,’ you can respond directly.

Togli Focus

What can I do with Togli Focus?
Run a structured weekly review, set and track goals, manage your toggle schedule for the week ahead, and see a unified dashboard that pulls data from Finance, Schedule, and Projects. Focus is the ‘command center’ for your business — it helps you reflect on whether how you’re spending your time matches your priorities.
What is the weekly review?
A guided 15-minute process where you review last week’s numbers (revenue, hours booked, tasks completed), set priorities for the coming week, and adjust your toggle schedule. It’s designed to replace the scattered ‘check everything on your phone’ habit with one intentional session.
How does the dashboard work?
The Focus dashboard shows your key metrics in one view: outstanding invoices and this month’s revenue (from Finance), upcoming meetings and booking rate (from Schedule), active projects and overdue tasks (from Projects), and your toggle mode status. It updates in real time.
Can I set goals?
Yes. Set monthly revenue targets, weekly booking goals, project milestones, and personal focus goals (like ‘toggle off by 6pm every day’). Focus tracks your progress and includes goal status in each weekly review.
What if I only use one or two Togli apps?
Focus adapts to whatever apps you have. If you only use Finance and Schedule, the dashboard and weekly review show data from those two. Nothing is missing or broken — it just focuses on what you use.

Togli Projects

What can I do with Togli Projects?
Create projects, break them into tasks, assign deadlines, track time, and link projects to clients. Projects integrates with Finance (link invoices to projects) and Plan (project status appears in weekly reviews).
How is Projects different from other task managers?
Projects is purpose-built for solopreneurs, not teams. There are no complex permission systems, no Gantt charts you’ll never use, no team collaboration features. It’s intentionally simple: projects, tasks, deadlines, and client links. And it connects to your other Togli apps.
Can I track time on tasks?
Yes. Each task has an optional time tracker. Start and stop the timer as you work. Logged hours can be pulled into invoices via Finance, so you can bill clients based on actual time spent.
Can I link a project to a client?
Yes. Every project can be linked to a client from your shared client directory. When linked, the project’s status appears on that client’s profile across all Togli apps, and you can generate invoices from tracked hours.

Account & Data

Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated to your account by row-level security. Authorized Togli staff with administrative database access can technically view account data when required for support, debugging, or legal compliance, but we never sell or share it with third parties. You can export your invoices and expenses anytime from Reports, and request permanent deletion of your account at any time by emailing contact@gettogli.com.
Can I export my data?
Yes. From Reports, you can export your invoices and expenses as generic CSV, QuickBooks Online (CSV), or QuickBooks Desktop (.iif), filtered by date range.
Do I use one account for all Togli apps?
Yes. One account, one login, all four apps. Your client directory, toggle settings, and profile are shared across Finance, Schedule, Projects, and Focus. Sign in once and everything is connected.
Can I use Togli on multiple devices?
Yes. Your account syncs across all devices in real time. Use the iOS app on your phone, the web app on your laptop, and everything stays in sync.
How do I contact support?
Tap the help icon in any Togli app to access our knowledge base or start a chat. You can also email contact@gettogli.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Tap Help → Report a Bug in any Togli app. Include a description of what happened, what you expected, and a screenshot if possible. We take every report seriously and typically investigate within 48 hours.
